Shady Lane Creative Studios is a three-story mixed-use development in East Austin composed of three interlocking triangular volumes. Located within Austin’s dynamic arts district, the project offers flexible creative studios, retail spaces, and work environments that reflect the neighborhood’s eclectic character. East Austin’s blend of long-standing institutions and emerging ventures informs the development’s design, resulting in spaces that feel both rooted and adaptable. Open-air walkways, balconies, and terraces connect tenants to the outdoors and to one another, transforming the development into a vertical neighborhood for Austin’s creative community.
